Subscription
Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. In pin: Settings → Manage Subscription. Paid but pin still asks you to subscribe? Tap “restore purchases”.
Backup & new phone
Settings → Cloud Backup → Back Up Now. On the new phone, sign in with the same email and pin restores your data. Photos stay on the old phone.
Reminders not showing?
Check that Dose Reminders is on, the med is active and scheduled, notifications are allowed for pin, and that you open pin at least every 10 days.
Delete your pin
account or data
You can delete some of your data, or your whole account and everything in it, at any time.
Delete everything, in the app
- Open pin and sign in to the account you want to delete, while online.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account & All Data.
- Tap delete everything, then delete forever.
Delete only some data
- Go to Settings → Delete Specific Data.
- Choose dose logs, check-ins, body metrics, blood draws, goals, progress photos, or meds & stacks.
- If you use cloud backup, the next backup removes them from the cloud too.
Can’t use the app?
Email support@threeoaksdigital.net from the email address on your pin account and ask us to delete it. We’ll delete your account and cloud backup and confirm when it’s done.
What’s deleted, what’s kept
Deleting your account removes everything on your phone, your cloud backup, your shared reports and your account. Server logs and backups that may hold copies are cleared on their normal schedule, normally within 30 days. Apple, Google and our subscription provider keep purchase records as they need for billing and tax. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
What does pin track?
Injections, tablets, creams and gels, nasal sprays and pellets: every dose with its time and injection site, plus schedules, supply, daily check-ins, body metrics, lab results, progress photos, goals and what your medications cost.
Does pin tell me what dose to take?
No. pin records what you and your prescriber decide. Its mixing and syringe guides only convert the dose your prescriber gave you into an amount to draw, so you can double-check it with your pharmacist.
How much does pin cost?
pin is $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. It includes every feature. Prices can vary by country; the App Store or Google Play shows yours before you subscribe.
Is my data private?
Your tracking is stored on your phone. It goes to our servers only if you turn on cloud backup or share a report, and AI features ask before anything is sent. We never sell your data or show ads. Read the Privacy Policy.
Does pin work with Apple Health?
Yes. On iPhone, pin can read weight, body fat, blood pressure, resting heart rate, HRV, steps and sleep, and save the metrics you log back to Apple Health. Google Health Connect support for Android is coming.
Can I move pin to a new phone?
Yes. Back up on your old phone (Settings → Cloud Backup → Back Up Now), then sign in with the same email on the new one and pin restores your data. Progress photos stay on the original phone.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. In pin, Settings → Manage Subscription takes you there. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
